Stickers, bookmarks, and polaroids have different shipping options. For more information, please look at the individual product's description information.

  • When will I receive my order?

For domestic orders, you should receive your order within 2 weeks. If you have not received your order in that time, please contact us at goldphoenixstudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or go missing in transit. However, in the case that you do not receive your order, please contact us at goldphoenxstudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We do not accept changes if the order label has already been processed. However, if the label has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the issue as best as we can.
